‘Brilliant Trees’ was the debut solo studio album by the English musician David Sylvian, released on 25 June 1984. The album peaked at Number Four in the UK Albums Chart and has been certified Gold by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI) for sales in excess of 100,000 copies.
‘Brilliant Trees’ contains Sylvian’s biggest solo hit, ‘Red Guitar’, which reached Number 17 on the UK Singles Chart.
