In that period of a decade and a half, Reilly's health is known to have deteriorated significantly, so this return feels considerably more weighted than the usual long-gap comeback. Sessions took place in Reilly's own kitchen, the Column supporting new guest features like Caoilfhionn Rose on 'Agonistes' and 'Sargasso Sea'. The record should appeal to trip-hop\/electronica heads of new, 'Liars' being the front-running single and echoing less their early work a la Without Mercy, and more the deep, driving, bracing downtempo beats of Hysterical Love Project or Headache.
