‘Guitar’ is the first studio album from Mac DeMarco since 2019’s ‘Here Comes The Cowboy’.
Following the two most recent releases - the 199- track ‘One Wayne G’ and the instrumental, tour- inspired collection ‘Five Easy Hot Dogs’, ‘Guitar’ features 12 new songs written, performed and recorded by Mac between November 16th-28th in 2024 at his home studio in LA.
Mac writes, “I think ‘Guitar’ is as close to a true representation of where I’m at in my life today as I can manage to put to paper.”
